Tengkleng Goat Meat Recipes - Asian Food - Tengkleng is the typical cuisine of Solo. The food is similar to a Coconut Curry gravy, but it has more dilute, containing goat's bones with a little meat is attached to.

Materials:

  • 2 pieces of bay leaf
  • 3 cm cinnamon
  • 6 grains Cloves
  • 1 liter of boiled water
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce, to taste
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil

How to make:

  • Boil water in a pot, boiled goat ribs for 3 minutes or until out of foam-foam and dirt.
  • Discard the foam and dirt, lift the goat ribs from the Pan and set aside.
  • Boil water in a pot, again do the same thing as above to the intestines, offal, ears, tongue goats.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the spices yg bruised, then subtle spices and other ingredients except boiled water, coconut milk and goat ribs, until aromatic.
  • Enter the goat ribs, then stir-stir until seasonings swathed evenly.
  • Add boiled water into it, and let boil, then reduce the heat and cook goat ribs to be tender.
  • Add the salt and sweet soy sauce.
  • Ready served with lemon slices and fried onions.
