Fried Calamari Recipe Flour - Asian Food - For fans of seafood, fried calamari menu flour is definitely no stranger anymore right? Good eaten as snacks or as a delicious side dish peneman white rice. Many also serves along with the fries.

The Fried Calamari is calamari delicious flour not alot and flour taste savory and crispy. Because it needed some sort of blend the flour and also a little extra baking soda so the fried flour could expand.

Fried Calamari Recipe Flour Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of fresh calamari
  • 1 piece lemon, squeeze the water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ TSP pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp plain flour
  • 1sdm rice flour
  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour
  • ¼ TSP baking powder
  • 1 egg, beaten off
  • cooking oil to taste

Complementary sauce:

  • Mayonaise
  • Tomato sauce
  • Chilli sauce

How to make Fried Calamari Recipe Flour:

  1. Clean the calamari and Peel his skin, then cut into ½ cm round
  2. Rub calamari with lime juice
  3. Add salt and pepper, stirring until well blended
  4. Mix the flour, rice flour and tapioca flour, mix well
  5. Roll them in the flour mixture until calamari evenly
  6. Dip into beaten egg, lift
