  • 850 grams of chicken meat, diced

  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 6 tbsp fish sauce
  • 200 cc of warm water
  • grated carrots to taste

  • vegetable oil
  • lettuce leaves

How To Make A

  • combine chicken, Lemongrass, shallots, sugar, oyster sauce, chili powder, fish sauce, oil, and salt.
