Noodle Soup Recipe


Noodle Soup Recipe - Asian Food - Soto, typical cuisine of Indonesia has many variations. Ranging from chicken soup, meat soup, soto Betawi soto Lamongan soto Banjar even. Noodle Soup Ingredients:

  • 250 gr of wet noodles

Garnish Soup Noodles:

  • Rissole fried, ready to use
  • Fried onion to taste
  • The fried chips.
  • 1 leek, finely sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, finely sliced
  • Sambal chilli stew to taste
  • Vinegar to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce to taste

How to make Noodle Soup:

  • Stew meat brisket with 1 tbsp of garm in the Pan is covered. Simmer until the meat is tender and then diced.
