Malaysia Nasi Lemak Recipes - NASI Lemak is one of the national dishes of our neighboring countries, Malaysia. It is generally served on top of banana leaves containing rice cooked with coconut milk, fish, eggs, fried bilis fried peanuts and sambal belacan not to miss.   • 1 tbsp oil

The complement

  • 2 eggs, boiled or cooked scrambled eggs
  • ½ cucumber, sliced fruit to taste
  • 50 grams of dried, fried fish bilis
  • 50 grams peanuts, fried

How to make a

  • Wash the rice until completely clean
  • Insert the rice along with the coconut milk, water, pandan leaves, sliced red onion, salt and sugar in the rice cooker and cook until done
  • Puree the ingredients for the sauce: onion, garlic, red pepper and shrimp paste belacan or large shrimp
  • Heat the cooking oil and stir-fry sauce ingredients are already smooth. Stir well, add the sugar and salt. Cook until cooked through and thickened
  • Tata in rice on a platter along with a fish fry bilis, peanuts, and eggs are cooked to taste. Add the sliced cucumber and sambal belacan
