Kebuli Rice Recipes

Kebuli Rice Recipes - Asian food-rice recipe Kebuli, Kebuli is Arabian Middle Eastern food. Kebuli, consisting of rice which has savory since it has seasoned first. Then, it also contains raisins and mutton is cooked along with the rice also.

  • Rice 1 kg
  • ½ kg goat meat that still there is cartilage
  • 3 tbsp currants
  • 3 tbsp onion fried
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 clove seeds
  • ½ nutmeg seeds
  • sensitive floral 2 pieces
  • 2 pieces cardamom
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass
  • 5 pieces of Orange leaves
  • 2 pieces of bay leaf
  • 1500 ml coconut milk is being kentalnya
  • Oil and salt to taste

Subtle seasoning:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 5 cloves shallots
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ TSP anise
  • 4 cm turmeric
  • 2 cm ginger

How to make Rice Kebuli

  • Saute seasoning smooth along with cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, cardamom, sensitive flower, Lemongrass, lime leaves, bay leaf and salt until aromatic and cooked.
  • Enter the goat meat, Cook until meat changes color, stir in the rice.
  • Saute until fragrant flavorful seasonings with, insert the raisins and coconut milk, reduce heat, simmer until it becomes karonan.
  • Turn off the heat, lift karonan, steamed for 45 minutes, lift and add ghee, stir well. Serve.
