  • 50 ml ice water

How to make Dim Sum: Shrimp Dumplings Chicken :

  • Mix the chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, garlic, spring onion, fish sauce, sesame oil, vegetable/olive oil, salt, pepper powder and sand. Knead until well blended.
