Chinese Food: Fuyunghai - Fuyunghai recipe is adapted from chinese cuisine. The recipe is included in a very practical dish to prepare. If like, you can add other vegetables such as carrots or peas. For reasons of practicality, in this recipe we use canned crab meat. If you want, you can just use fresh crab meat. Just to note if using fresh crab meat, time to prepare dishes will be longer.

Fuyunghai Recipe
Materials
Ingredients:

  • 5 chicken eggs
  • 150 g of canned crab meat
  • 100 grams of cabbage, finely sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ TSP pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Oil for frying

Sauce:

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 plum tomatoes
  • 2 large red chilies, seeded
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 100 ml water

How to make a Fuyunghai

  • Prepare a large bowl, break eggs, mix with crab meat and cabbage. Puree the garlic, pepper and salt. Mix with the egg batter.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a wok meal anti sticky, enter the ⅕ egg batter, fried to yellowish. Lift, set aside. Do until the dough runs out.
  • Boil the sauce ingredients, except sugar and salt, in 100 ml of water until wilted. Lift, drain. Puree sauce ingredients, add salt and sugar. Cook briefly until slightly thickened.
  • Serve the fried Fuyunghai with the sauce.
